PO Box 393827. For the purpose of the following Terms & Conditions, the terms “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company” refer to Citizenship Bay Document Services. When you retain the services of the Company through signing a Professional Service Agreement, you will be entering into a contract with Citizenship Bay Document Services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Website. By accessing, browsing, using or registering on our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Please check this page regularly to determine whether our Terms & Conditions have been updated – any new terms will automatically be effective when they are published on this Website.

GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions set out the entire agreement between you and Us and supersede any and all prior terms, conditions, warranties and/or representations to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permissible under the applicable law of UAE, We disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the services. We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions for:

Any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or
Any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
Any special or indirect losses
Suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these Terms &Conditions.

REFUND POLICY

Our Professional Fees are fully refundable if the client’s application is rejected by the relevant government given that the client has not misled Citizenship Bay Document Services in any way during the pre-screening process. A client must meet all pre-screening criteria prior to retaining our services. When a refund is applicable, only professional fees stated on the client’s service agreement will be will be eligible for refund and processed to the client’s bank account or credit card used within 14 working days of receiving the Government Refusal Letter. Any disbursement fees including application and due diligence fees will not be eligible for refund.

In the case of a client deciding to terminate a service agreement voluntarily, no refund will be applicable.

GOVERNING LAW

Any matter that arises out of your use of our Website shall be governed by UAE laws.

WAIVER

If you breach these Terms & Conditions and we take no immediate action, this does not mean that We will not be entitled to assert our rights and remedies at a later date.
