Program and benefits of EB5 Visa

In the 1990s, the U.S. Congress created the EB-5 Visa Program to stimulate the U.S. economy through foreign investors’ job creation and capital investment by granting permanent residency to foreign entrepreneurs along with the right to work in the United States after they have invested in an American commercial enterprise. This program is known as EB-5 Visa for the name of the employment-based fifth preference visa that participants receive.
