Purchase of real estate

The following Cyprus residency investment criteria must be met to acquire a permanent residence permit:

• A visit to Cyprus once every 2 years to retain permanent residency status
• 1 or 2 properties can be purchased
• Properties must be new – not resale – purchased directly from a real estate developer

Additional Fees

• He or she has an annual income of at least € 30,000
• Proof of extra annual income for each dependent child or parent as part of the same application
