Grenada: More than 11,000 CBI applications granted since 2017

Grenada approved 11,814 citizenship applications during the period from January 2017 to September 2023.

According to figures released by the Ministry of Finance, the government approved over 4,000 applications during the 15-month period from July last year to September this year.

The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program was established in accordance with Act No. 15 of 2013, known as the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act. The act constitutes that qualified persons can acquire Grenadian citizenship by registration following a financial investment in Grenada

To get the Grenada citizenship, investors should choose on the following options:

Option 1: By donation or non-refundable contribution under the National Transformation Fund (NTF) starting at $150,000.

Option 2: Buy real estate in a government-approved project and pay the applicable government fees, starting from $220,000.
